Who Is Christian Axios?

My Name Is Christian Axios, I got my real estate license in 2016 in Massachusetts, USA. I stumbled and fell into the weeds of my business and hated it. It seemed like I was a secretary not a salesperson. A salesperson is supposed to use their communication to get their way and make a living, not running around like a chicken with his head cut off, getting papers signed, catering to clients that ghost you and being a pushover...I wanted to start fresh. I moved to Florida and started from scratch. In 12 months I had a 6 Figure Business operating 100% from my phone. I cut out the 80% and started charging my clients more. I used my communication skills to then travel the world while sustaining my real estate production.

Here are some other things I started doing differently:

✅Tracking expenses in my business, allocating for savings, taxes, and my future freedom (Most will say " I'll Do it next year" and end up saying that 7 years in a row ...)

✅ Delegating tasks that don't pay me (for $100) to the agents in my city that had no business.
